Bloom is a small, sunny salon tucked off Ballard Avenue. We specialize in color that grows out gracefully and cuts you can actually style at home, even when the Seattle drizzle has other plans.
We use low-ammonia color, recycle our foils and hair clippings, and take the time to talk through what you want before we pick up the scissors.

Color & Care
Most of what we do at Bloom is color: balayage, highlights and glosses that grow out softly, so you can go 10 to 12 weeks between visits instead of 6. Every color appointment starts with a few minutes at the mirror talking through what you want.
Keeping it fresh at home: wait 48 hours before your first wash, use a sulfate-free shampoo and turn the water down a notch, since cool water keeps color brighter. A quick gloss between color visits brings the shine right back.
Bridal Hair
We style a handful of weddings each season, in the salon or on location around Seattle. It starts with a trial about six weeks before the day, so we can test your look with your veil and accessories.
