Dog-Eared Books has been on Pike Street since 2012. Half the shelves are new releases, the other half are used books we've hand-picked from the neighborhood, and all of them come with honest staff recommendations.
Our Tuesday book club is the best part of the week. Grab a seat, a coffee, and Pages the cat will probably sit on your lap. If we don't have a book, we can order it and text you when it arrives.

Book Club
Every Tuesday at 7:00 PM we pull the armchairs into a circle, put on a pot of coffee and talk books. Everyone's welcome, whether you finished the book or just the first chapter.

Local Authors
The shelf by the register is all Seattle and Pacific Northwest writers: novelists, poets, hikers with opinions about trails and at least one very good cookbook. If you liked a book from that shelf, tell us and we'll point you to the next one.
Are you a local author? Bring us a copy. We take self-published and small-press books on consignment and host Saturday afternoon signings. Several local authors will be signing at our Holiday Book Bash on Saturday, Dec 12 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
