I've been fixing phones since the iPhone 4, first out of my apartment and now from our little shop on Bedford. Most screen and battery repairs are done while you grab a coffee down the block.
Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty, and you can watch your phone move through each stage right here. If something can't be fixed, we tell you up front and you don't pay a thing.

Your Data & Privacy
We never need your passcode for a screen, battery or charging port repair. We test the touch screen, cameras and speakers right in front of you instead.
For repairs where we do need to get past the lock screen, we'll ask first and you can change your passcode the minute you're done. We never back up, copy or look through your photos or messages.
