I'm Hank. I spent 22 years as a union carpenter before going out on my own in 2018. Now I fix the stuff on everybody's to-do list: leaky faucets, sticky doors, drywall holes, drafty windows, and TVs that need mounting before the Bears game.
I write every job as a checklist here so you know exactly what's getting done and what it costs before I start. I show up when I say I will, clean up after myself, and if something's beyond a handyman's job, I'll tell you straight and point you to a good licensed pro.

WHAT CUSTOMERS SAY

— Patricia Nowak
“On time, fair price, cleaned up everything. He even showed me how to reset the garbage disposal.”
— James O'Malley
“Great work on our two-flat. Booked out about a week in the fall, so plan ahead.”
— Sandra Gutierrez
What I Do (and Don't)
Yes: drywall patches, leaky faucets, sticky doors, caulking, TV mounting, ceiling fans, furniture assembly, weatherstripping and gutters on two-flats and bungalows.
No: new electrical circuits, gas lines, roofing or anything that needs a permit. For those I'll tell you straight and point you to a licensed pro I trust.
