We're a small family practice that's cared for Logan Square for over a decade. Babies, grandparents, and everyone in between see the same doctors year after year, and we take the time to actually listen.

Dr. Raman: Mon to Thu, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Marcus Bell, NP: Mon, Wed and Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Dr. Elena Ruiz, MD: Tue and Thu, plus telehealth on Fri
Insurance & Visits
We accept most major plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Medicare. Message us your plan before your first visit and we'll confirm you're covered.
No insurance? Our self-pay prices are listed in the app, and you'll always know the cost before your visit. Sick visits are usually available the same week, and telehealth visits work for follow-ups and quick questions.
