My dad ran a taco cart in San Antonio for twenty years, and I grew up pressing tortillas behind it. Taco Loco is my version: al pastor shaved off the trompo, handmade corn tortillas and salsas we grind every morning.
We're parked at the South 1st food truck lot most days. Get in the order-ahead line from your phone, and we'll call your name when it's hot so you're not standing in the sun.

Where to Find Us
Tuesday to Sunday we're parked at the South 1st food truck lot from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. We're closed Mondays.
Get in the order-ahead line from your phone and we'll call your name when it's hot. Covered picnic tables, plenty of shade and a big tub of ice-cold Mexican Coke.
Our Salsas
Every morning we grind three salsas by hand: a smoky salsa roja, a bright salsa verde with tomatillo and serrano, and our habanero salsa for the brave.
Our corn tortillas are pressed to order from fresh masa, the same way my dad made them in San Antonio. The al pastor is marinated overnight and shaved right off the trompo.
