How It's Made
Everything is cooked each morning from 7 am in a home kitchen: onions chopped fresh, masalas made in small batches, and rotis rolled by hand. No packaged gravies, no palm oil, no leftovers.
Meals are packed in steel tiffins with a name tag; the delivery boy collects empty tiffins the next day. Delivery is free within 3 km of Vijayanagar.
