From the Farm
Our milk comes from 40 cows and buffaloes on two partner farms near Doddaballapur. It is chilled within an hour of milking, tested at our RT Nagar dairy, and delivered the same morning — never reconstituted, never frozen.
Curd is set the evening before. Paneer is made in small batches twice a week from the same milk, so it's soft and keeps its shape.
