We keep a running list of what regulars ask for and try to stock it within the week — half our specialty items started as a customer request. Delivery within HSR Layout usually lands within the hour.

How We Stock
Vegetables and fruit are picked up from the wholesale market at 5 am, sorted by 7, and on the shelf by 8. Anything that doesn't look right never makes the shelf.
Dairy comes from two local suppliers on alternate days, so nothing sits in the fridge for more than 36 hours. Staples are bought in bulk and re-bagged here — no markup for packaging.
