Sourcing & Hygiene
Chickens come from two farms outside Bengaluru, delivered at 5 am and cut to order — we never sell frozen. Mutton is sourced on the day from licensed slaughter.
Cutting tables are scrubbed and sanitised between every order; gloves and aprons are changed through the day. You are welcome to watch your order being cut.
