We tag every garment with your order number and sort by colour and fabric. Silks, wool and embroidered pieces are hand-washed or dry-cleaned; we'll tell you before processing anything we're not sure of.
Steam ironing is standard. If something doesn't come out right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll redo it free.
