For local delivery, couriers and errand runners
Your delivery business, in one link.
Customers and shops book a pickup, watch it on the way and pay you directly, from one page that carries your name, your colours and a QR code for your riders. It isn't a marketplace, and we take no commission on what you earn.
The pilot is completely free. After it, free to start: 30 orders a month, no card. Paid plans from ₹199 a month. No commission.

Local Delivery
Ravi Delivery
A delivery business that other shops book by the parcel or by the month.
Shops used to call around for a rider and then wonder whether the parcel had arrived. Now a shop books a pickup from its address, and the rider is assigned and tracked to the drop. A photo and signature for every delivery are saved as proof, so a dispute ends with a picture, not an argument.
A packing checklist (sealed, labelled, fragile marked, cash on delivery confirmed) avoids delays at the door. Shops can also describe a parcel and address in a message and get a pickup time back. Shop plans prepay thirty or a hundred deliveries at a lower rate, and each shop's monthly deliveries are logged to show which plan fits. Shops set up a business account with expected volumes. A small local delivery business now offers tracked pickups, proof of delivery and monthly contracts like a courier company.

Local Errands
Errandwale
An errand service that stands in the queue so you don't have to.
Errands go wrong when the instructions are vague and the money isn't accounted for. Errandwale starts every errand as a form: what to do, where, by when and any spending limit. A checklist covers the details, the float, a contact and photo proof, and receipts, acknowledgements and photos are saved for every errand.
Errand types and prices are listed up front, from bill payments to document drops and shopping. Regulars prepay five or ten errands at a lower price with an errand pack, and repeat last week's errand in one tap. Errand Points reward each task, ending in a free half-day block. A local errand runner now offers prepaid packs, proof for every rupee spent and a rewards scheme, like a concierge company.

Forms. An errand starts as a form: what to do, where, by when and any spending limit.

Food Delivery
HotBox Food Riders
A rider service that keeps restaurant food hot all the way.
Food used to arrive lukewarm, and nobody could say whether the packaging, the bag or the wait was to blame. Now every order runs through a hot-delivery checklist: sealed packaging, insulated bag, pickup time, customer called. Average door-to-door time is logged weekly against a thirty-minute target, so a slow week shows up straight away.
Restaurants and home kitchens apply with their name, volume, cuisine and area, and see per-delivery and plan prices up front. Partner plans cover a month of deliveries, while agreements and monthly invoices sit in one record. HotBox Badges reward volume, with peak-hour priority at the top, and the same delivery run can be booked again in one tap. A small team of riders now offers restaurants and home cooks the standards and paperwork of a big delivery company.

Tasks. A hot-delivery checklist — sealed packaging, insulated bag, pickup time, customer called — runs on every order.

Grocery Delivery
Basket Bhai Grocery Runners
A rider service that shops your usual list from your usual store.
Getting a rider to shop for you used to mean a long phone call reading out a list, and something always forgotten. Now the customer adds items to a shared shopping list, and the rider ticks them off as they're picked, so both sides see what's in the basket.
A regular run is set up once with the shop, the frequency, the day and anything to always bring, and a weekly or twice-weekly run is billed monthly. "Repeat last run" books the same run again. Delivery slots and prices by basket size are listed, the shop's bill for each run is attached, and regulars earn Basket Badges and free heavy-run upgrades. A handful of riders now offer a personal shopper service with standing orders and bills on file, something only big delivery apps could manage before.

Tasks. A shared shopping list: the customer adds items, and the rider ticks them off as they're picked.

Medicine Delivery
MedFast Response
A medicine courier that verifies the bill and seals the bag.
Medicine delivery leaves no room for a wrong strip or a medicine that should have stayed cold. On every MedFast run, a safe-delivery checklist covers prescription verified, cold-chain bag, seal intact and recipient confirmed, and the prescription and pharmacy bill are uploaded first for the rider to verify.
An urgent run starts with a form taking the pharmacy, medicines, cold storage needs and address, with standard, priority and cold-chain prices listed up front. Families book monthly refill runs, and the senior plan adds a check-in call. 'Repeat last run' re-books the same pharmacy run in a tap. A small courier now offers the careful, documented handling of a large healthcare service.

Courier Service
Parcel Pigeon Couriers
A courier that prepays parcels and proves every delivery.
Small brands used to drop parcels at a counter and hope, then field calls from buyers asking where their order was. Now they book a pickup from their own address, and each parcel is tracked from collection to signature. Signatures, photos and monthly invoices are saved, so proof of delivery is always there when a buyer asks.
Business plans prepay thirty or a hundred parcels at a lower rate, and parcels sent each month are logged against the plan's target. City same-day, express 2-hour, document and multi-drop prices are listed, and a packing checklist covers sealing, labelling, fragile marking and the invoice. Brands and studios open a business account through a form, and a repeat address is one tap away. A neighbourhood courier now gives a home studio the prepaid rates and delivery proof once kept for big shippers.
