Terms of service

Effective 13 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Zich World — the website, the mobile apps, and every business “portal” built on the platform. By creating an account, creating a business, or interacting with a business's portal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Zich World.

1. What Zich World is

Zich World is a digitization service. Any business, person, organisation or government body can use it to build its own portal — pages, catalogues, ordering, chat, records — and to reach the people it serves directly, through its own link, code or QR code. Zich World is infrastructure. It is not a marketplace, and it is not a seller, an agent, or a party to anything that happens between a portal and the people who use it.

In particular, Zich World does not:

  • Verify the identity, ownership or authenticity of any business, person or organisation that uses the platform
  • Check, verify or vouch for any licence, registration or certification — for example FSSAI food licences, GST registration, drug licences or professional registrations
  • Check the accuracy of anything published on a portal, or the quality, safety or legality of any goods or services offered through one
  • Advertise, endorse or recommend any portal — any search or listing feature is only a tool for finding a portal, not a recommendation of it
  • Process, hold or guarantee payments between a portal and the people who pay it
  • Review or verify the documents a portal keeps on Zich World. A business can store documents such as ID, licences or registrations and choose to share them with other businesses — for example when signing up as another business's delivery partner — but Zich World only stores them. Whoever receives them decides for themselves whether to rely on them

Each portal's owner is solely responsible for what it publishes and offers, and for holding — and showing wherever the law requires — every licence, registration and approval needed for what it does. Anyone using a portal is responsible for satisfying themselves about who they're dealing with before ordering, paying or sharing information. Any dispute is between the portal and that person.

2. Accounts

A Zich World account is tied to a phone number, verified by one-time passcode. You're responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure — anyone who can receive your OTP can act as you on Zich World, including within any business you belong to.

One person may hold a Customer profile and roles at any number of businesses. Profiles are kept isolated from each other, as described in our privacy policy.

3. Businesses on Zich World

If you create a business portal, you're responsible for the accuracy of what you publish — your business's name, description, catalog, prices, hours and any claims made in your pages. You're responsible for fulfilling orders and responding to customers the way your published information says you will.

Every business needs at least one owner at all times. Owners can:

  • Add and remove managers and staff
  • Change what each role is allowed to edit
  • Change ownership of the business — demoting or removing another owner requires that owner's consent

Managers can invite and remove staff and edit anything a staff member can. Every change any team member makes is recorded in the business's history, visible to the rest of the team.

4. Orders and payments

When ordering is available for a business, the contract for that order is between you and the business — Zich World is the platform the order is placed through, not the seller of the goods or services ordered. Any platform fees that apply to paid orders are shown to the business before they apply, and never change the price a customer pays.

Disputes about an order's quality, fulfillment or refund are between the customer and the business. We may step in where a business is misusing the platform, but we're not a party to the underlying sale.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zich World to:

  • Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
  • Sell anything illegal, or misrepresent what's being sold
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse another user through inquiries or messages
  • Attempt to access another account, business, or customer's data you're not authorised to see
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security

We may suspend or remove an account or a business that violates these terms.

6. Content ownership

A business retains ownership of the content it publishes — text, photos, catalog data. By publishing on Zich World, a business grants us the licence needed to host, display, and serve that content as part of operating the platform, including on its public page and in search results.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Zich World available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime, delays, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may stop using Zich World and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, or a business portal that has no active owner. A sole owner should transfer or add ownership before leaving a business, to avoid it being left without one.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, let you know directly. Continuing to use Zich World after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
