Now every puppy has a vaccination and care checklist, with core vaccines, rabies and deworming ticked off as each is done, and the studio and the owner see the same schedule. Vaccination cards and vet notes are kept against the owner, so nobody is asked for them twice.
Each pet's weight is logged monthly and charted, so growth or a diet change is spotted early. Grooming and vet slots are booked per pet, and monthly or quarterly grooming plans book the slot and lock the price. Boarding requests arrive with dates, diet and vaccination status already filled in. On Saturdays, eight vaccinated pups get a supervised playdate, reserved from the app. A small grooming studio now keeps medical records, growth charts and care plans the way a full veterinary clinic would.
