How it's counted
Completed orders and bookings, each month.
Every order counts, whatever its size. Manual orders count; withdrawn orders and replacements don't. A class or academy can count students instead. If you go over your plan's limit, nothing is switched off: we get in touch to find the plan that fits.

- The pilot starts in January 2027. The US app launches a few weeks before.
- The Free plan stays free for as long as you like: 30 orders or bookings a month, with every feature open. The AI Assistant is free for everyone during the pilot, then comes with paid plans.
- The pilot is completely free, for every business in the US and in India. Nothing is charged for the platform or for any plan.
- Pilot members lock in their plan prices for as long as they stay on the plan.
- Setup and training are free (training is online, through short videos).
- If you go over your plan's limit, nothing is switched off: we'll get in touch to find the plan that fits.
- When billing begins after the pilot, we'll tell you well ahead, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
