Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zichverse Private Limited ("Zich World", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you use Zich World in the United States — the website, the mobile apps and the business portals built on it — whether you run a business or are a customer of one.

The short version: we collect what's needed to run your account and the businesses you deal with. We don't sell your personal information, we don't share it for targeted advertising, and we don't run ad trackers.

1. Information we collect

Account information

Your phone number, which is your sign-in, verified by a one-time code we send by text message. Optionally a display name, profile picture or avatar color, and saved addresses (for example Home and Work) you add for deliveries and pickups.

Business information

If you create or join a business: what it publishes (name, category, description, hours, address and map location, photos, menu or services and prices), its settings, its team members and their roles, and its payment options — for example a Zelle email or phone, a Venmo, Cash App or PayPal handle, a card payment link or a payment QR image. We store these so customers can see how to pay; we never receive the payments.

Orders, bookings and messages

When you use a business's portal: the orders, bookings, carts, messages, voice notes, photos, documents, reviews and feedback you send or receive, the payment method you say you used, and the history of each order. A business's records about its customers — notes, credit and store-credit entries, measurements or other details it keeps — are stored on the business's behalf.

Location

Only if you allow it. Customers' delivery addresses and pins; and, during an active delivery, the driver's live location, visible only to the people involved in that delivery and only while it's under way. A business that roams (a food truck, a dog walker) can choose to share where it is now.

Photos, camera, microphone and contacts

Only if you allow it and only when you use a feature that needs it — for example a photo of a bill, a voice order, a profile picture, or picking a contact to invite to your team. Contacts are read on your device to fill in a number and aren't uploaded.

Technical information

Standard technical data our hosting providers log for security and reliability, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the signed-in devices on your account (shown to you in Settings). We don't use it for advertising.

2. How we use it

  • To run your account, the businesses you're part of, and the orders, bookings and conversations that happen through them
  • To send sign-in codes and the notifications you've chosen to receive
  • To show a business's team the history of what's changed
  • To provide the AI Assistant when a business chooses to use it
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse
  • To contact you about your account or a business you belong to — never for marketing without your consent
  • To comply with the law

3. How we keep profiles separate

One person can be a customer and also work at one or more businesses. These are kept apart: what you do as a customer at one business isn't visible to another business, and your role at a business isn't visible to the businesses you buy from. Your phone number is never shown publicly. A business sees it only when you deal with it (an order, a message, a call), and you can turn off calls from any business.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

  • The business you're dealing with, limited to what that order, booking or conversation needs — for example your name, phone number and delivery address
  • Drivers or a partner delivery business, for a delivery you've asked for — your name, address and what's needed to hand over the order
  • Service providers who run the Service for us under contracts limiting them to that work: database and file hosting, web hosting, text-message delivery (for sign-in codes), and maps
  • Google, whose AI (Gemini) reads the bill photos and voice notes a business sends through the Assistant to produce a draft; the business reviews every draft
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety, our users or the Service
  • A successor, if Zich World is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this policy's protections

5. How long we keep it

As long as your account or the business exists, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes — order and payment records in particular. A business can choose how long its own History is kept. When you delete your account we delete or de-identify your personal information, except records a business keeps of its own dealings with you and records we must retain.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls that keep each business's data visible only to its own team, and audit history of changes. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

7. Your choices and rights

  • See and update your profile, saved addresses and payment details in Settings
  • Choose which businesses can notify you and about what, and turn off calls from any business
  • Turn off location, camera, microphone, photos and contacts access in your phone's settings
  • Request deletion of your account from Settings › Privacy & account, or by writing to us

Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws — you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to get a copy of it, to correct it, and to have it deleted, and to appeal if we turn down a request. We don't sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honor Global Privacy Control signals regardless. We won't discriminate against you for using these rights.

To make a request, write to contact@zich.app from, or mentioning, the phone number on your account. We'll verify the request and reply within 45 days (or as your state's law requires). An authorized agent can make a request for you with your written permission.

8. Information a business holds about you

When a business keeps records about you on Zich World (for example its notes, your measurements or your credit book), it decides what to keep and why, and we store it on its behalf. For those records, contact the business; we'll help where we can.

9. Children

The Service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Where information is processed

Zich World is operated from India, and our service providers process information in the United States, India and other countries. Wherever it's processed, it's protected as this policy describes.

11. Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where required, tell you in the app or by text before it takes effect.
