Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zich World in the United States — the website at zichworld.app, the Zich World mobile apps, and every business "portal" built on the platform (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Zichverse Private Limited ("Zich World", "we", "us").

By creating an account, creating or joining a business, or using a business's portal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Zich World is

Zich World is software that lets a business, organization or person build its own portal — pages, menus and services, ordering, booking, chat, records and team tools — and reach the people it serves directly, through its own link, code or QR code.

Zich World is infrastructure. It is not a marketplace, and it is not a seller, an agent, a payment processor, or a party to anything that happens between a business and its customers.

  • We don't verify the identity, ownership or licenses of any business that uses the Service — for example health permits, contractor or cosmetology licenses, or sales tax registration.
  • We don't check the accuracy of what a business publishes, or the quality, safety or legality of what it offers.
  • We don't endorse or recommend any business. Any search or listing feature is only a way to find a portal.
  • We don't process, hold or guarantee payments between a business and its customers.

Each business is solely responsible for what it publishes and sells, and for holding and displaying every license, permit and registration its work requires. Customers are responsible for satisfying themselves about who they're dealing with before ordering, paying or sharing information. Any dispute about a purchase is between the customer and the business.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create or manage a business. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you're authorized to act for it.

Your account is tied to a phone number, verified with a one-time code by text message. Message and data rates may apply. You're responsible for keeping that phone number secure: anyone who can receive your code can act as you, including inside any business you belong to. Tell us right away if you think someone has accessed your account.

3. Businesses on Zich World

If you run a business portal, you're responsible for everything it publishes — your name, description, menu or services, prices, hours, photos and any claims — and for fulfilling orders, bookings and messages the way your portal says you will.

You're responsible for your own legal obligations, including collecting and remitting sales tax, honoring consumer-protection and food-safety rules, employment and wage laws for your team, and any refund or cancellation policy you publish. Tools like automatic sales tax lines calculate at the rates you set; you're responsible for setting them correctly.

Every business must have at least one owner. Owners decide who is on the team and what each role can do. Changes a team member makes are recorded in the business's History, visible to the rest of the team.

If you message customers through the Service, you agree to do so only about their orders, bookings and dealings with you, and to comply with applicable marketing and anti-spam laws.

4. Orders and payments

An order or booking is a contract between the customer and the business. Zich World is only the platform it's placed through.

Customers pay businesses directly — for example by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, a card payment link the business provides, or cash. Those payments are handled entirely by the customer, the business and the payment service they choose, under that service's own terms. Zich World never receives, holds or refunds those payments, and isn't responsible for a payment that's late, wrong, disputed or lost.

Questions about an order's quality, delivery, refund or chargeback are between the customer and the business. We may step in where a business is misusing the Service, but we aren't a party to the sale.

Every business can use Zich World's Free plan, which covers 30 orders or bookings a month. Paid plans, priced by how many orders or bookings a business handles in a month, are described on our Pricing page. During the current US pilot, plan fees are calculated and shown in the app but are not charged. We'll tell you before any fee is charged to you; nothing is charged without your agreement.

5. Delivery and safety

Some businesses deliver with their own drivers or a partner delivery business. Drivers and delivery businesses are independent of Zich World and responsible for driving safely and lawfully. Live location is shared only for an active delivery, with the people involved in it.

The Service is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.

6. The AI Assistant

The Assistant can turn a photo of a bill or a voice note into a draft order, expense or credit entry. Drafts can be wrong. The business reviews every draft and nothing is saved until it confirms it; the business is responsible for what it saves.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate anyone
  • Sell or arrange anything illegal, or anything a business isn't licensed to provide
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse anyone
  • Send spam or messages someone hasn't agreed to receive
  • Access an account, business or data you aren't authorized to see, or collect other users' information
  • Interfere with, overload or attempt to break the Service's security

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account or business, that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish and upload — text, photos, menus, records. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and process it only as needed to run and improve the Service, including showing a business's public portal to anyone with its link or code. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

The Zich World name, logos and software belong to us. These Terms don't give you any right to them beyond using the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY BUSINESS, PRODUCT, SERVICE OR PAYMENT WILL BE AS DESCRIBED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZICH WORLD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY DEALINGS BETWEEN BUSINESSES AND CUSTOMERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100.

Some states don't allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Indemnity

If you run a business on the Service, you agree to defend and indemnify Zich World against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your business, the goods and services you provide, the content you publish, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time, and request deletion of your account from Settings › Privacy & account in the app, or by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account or business that breaks these Terms, or a business with no active owner. A sole owner should add or transfer ownership before leaving a business.

Sections that by their nature should continue — such as content licenses needed to wind down, disclaimers, limits of liability and indemnity — survive termination.

13. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence gives you protections that can't be waived; those protections still apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and, where required, tell you in the app or by text. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
