For bakeries, home bakers and kitchens
Your bakery's own page, in one link.
Customers browse your menu, order by tap or by voice, pick a pickup or delivery time and message you from one page that carries your name, your colors and a QR code for the counter. It isn't a marketplace, and we take no cut of what you earn.
The pilot is completely free. After it, free to start: 30 orders a month, no card. Paid plans from $10 a month. No cut of your sales.
Pick a bakery to see its page. These are demonstration businesses built on Zich World. Each one chose different gadgets for how it works. Open any of them live.
Bakery
Rise & Crumb Bakery
A bakery that turns morning orders into a pickup and custom cakes into a brief.
The morning line used to stretch out the door before 8 AM. Now customers order ahead, swing by for morning pickup and skip the line at the case, and a regular's usual order goes back in the cart in one tap. Custom cakes start as a brief with flavor, size and allergens filled in.
Everything in the case can be ordered ahead, so early risers aren't stuck with what's left. Sourdough 101 seats are reserved from the app, Thanksgiving pies are on the Start tab, and Crumb Club badges count every visit. Customers ask the bakers about allergens before they order, and Hannah reads every note on how it turned out. A bakery that started with one deck oven now handles preorders, classes and holiday rushes like a regional bakery chain.

Forms. Every custom cake starts as a brief with occasion, size, flavor, allergens and the message on top.

Home bakery
Honey Oven
A home bakery that bakes only what's ordered, picked by Thursday night.
Weekend baking used to mean guessing how much the neighbors would want. Now customers pick their weekend bake by Thursday night, Danielle bakes only what's ordered, and boxes go on the porch shelf with a text when they're ready.
The regular lineup is posted for every weekend, and anything not on the list can be typed out as a special request. The Sweet Box Club keeps regulars on a schedule, Honey Bee Rewards counts every order, and Holiday Pie Week fills the oven in November. Questions about allergies go to Danielle in chat. A home kitchen now runs pre-orders, subscriptions and porch pickup like a full-size bakery.

Daily pick. Customers pick their weekend bake by Thursday night, so nothing goes to waste.

Meal prep
Green Fork Meal Prep
A meal prep kitchen where customers pick a weekly plan and track what they eat.
Busy customers used to text a weekly order and hope the kitchen remembered their allergies. Now each one fills in a food profile once, chooses a weekly meal plan, and picks this week's special, so the Sunday and Wednesday cooks make exactly what's ordered.
Extra meals and snacks sell à la carte, and customers choose pickup in Fremont or delivery north of the Ship Canal. A protein tracker shows how the meals fit their goals, the Green Streak rewards customers who stay on plan, and questions about macros go to the chef in chat. A one-kitchen meal prep business now runs subscriptions, pre-orders and nutrition tracking like a national meal-kit company.

Subscriptions. Customers choose a weekly meal plan and get fresh bowls every Sunday and Wednesday cook.

Creamery
Scoops & Swirls
A creamery where customers vote on the flavor of the week.
New flavors used to be a guess, and the ones nobody liked sat in the case for weeks. Now customers vote on the flavor of the week in the app, the creamery churns the winner, and they rate it once they've tasted it.
Every flavor in the case is listed, from a single scoop to quarts for a party. The pint club sends pints home on a schedule, Kids Sundae Lab seats are reserved ahead, and birthday parties start with a form. A rainy day deal fills the shop on gray afternoons, and Scoop Squad badges count every visit. A small creamery on Ballard Ave now lets its customers shape the menu like a brand with a test kitchen.

Daily pick. Every week customers vote on the flavor of the week, and the back kitchen churns the winner.

Run the whole business
Your team, your customers and your money, in one place.
The same page is also how you run the kitchen, from the phones you already have and a laptop in the browser. There's no POS, printer or special hardware to buy.
Operate your day
From the first booking to "see you again".
Menu and orders
Your menu with prices and photos. Customers order by tap, by text or by saying it out loud, and every order lands in one list with a conversation thread for each customer.
Custom cakes and pre-orders
A form of your own for the occasion, the size, the flavor and any allergies, with reference photos attached, so the first sketch is already close.
Daily picks and subscriptions
Offer today's specials, or a weekly bread box or meal plan that renews with a reminder, so regulars don't have to remember to reorder.
Pickup, delivery, paid your way
Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, a card link or cash, with sales tax and fees added automatically. Zich World never touches the money, so customers pay you directly.
Manage your people
Everyone who bakes, packs and delivers, in the right place.
Roles and access
Add your your team by phone number and give each a role: owner, manager or staff. You choose who can edit your page, change prices or assign bookings, and you can freeze someone's access in a tap. Payment details stay with the owner.
Leave and holidays
Staff request casual, sick or unpaid leave for a full day or a few hours, and you approve it. Everyone sees who's off today, and days the whole bakery is closed show on every calendar.
A ledger for each person
Each team member's running account with the business: advances, money paid back and expense claims. Staff ask, you approve, and a statement is ready to share for any period.
My Space for everyone
Each person gets their own calendar with to-do lists, notes and reminders, and the owner sees the whole team.
Track your growth
Kept as you work, not typed up at the end of the month.
Product stock
List the products you sell once, record what comes in with its cost and supplier, and let sales take it out. A barcode or product code finds anything in seconds.

Credit given to regulars is written down properly. Customers see the same balance you do, and you always know who owes you most.
Customer management
Every customer has a record the right people can see and add to, with notes, photos and who looks after them.
Analytics
Thirty charts across sales, money and stock. See your busiest hours, what sells, and repeat against new customers, for this week, month or year.
Your data, yours to take
Every table in the app is searchable and can be downloaded as a CSV for your accountant or your own spreadsheet.
The Assistant
Say an order out loud or photograph a bill and it becomes a record for you to review. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
Everything here is on the Businesses page in detail, with the app's real screens. See the Businesses page
