For restaurants, cafés, food trucks and caterers
Your restaurant's own page, in one link.
Guests browse your menu, order for pickup or delivery by tap or by voice, reserve a table or join the waitlist, and message you from one page that carries your name, your colors and a QR code for the door. It isn't a marketplace, and we take no cut of what you earn.
The pilot is completely free. After it, free to start: 30 orders a month, no card. Paid plans from $10 a month. No cut of your sales.
Pick a restaurant to see its page. These are demonstration businesses built on Zich World. Each one chose different gadgets for how it works. Open any of them live.
Restaurant
Mama Rosa's Kitchen
An Italian restaurant that runs its waitlist, takeout and Sunday supper from one place.
On a busy Friday, the line used to spill onto the sidewalk while people waited to hear their name. Now diners join the waitlist from their phone, have a drink down the block and walk back when their table is close. Takeout regulars type their order and pickup time, or tap their usual order back into the cart.
The full menu is a few taps from an order, so nobody needs the paper one in the kitchen drawer. Seats at the Sunday Sauce Supper are reserved ahead, private party requests arrive with headcount and date filled in, and a weeknight pasta offer brings people in midweek. After dinner, guests tell Anthony how it went. A forty-seat family restaurant now handles waitlists, takeout and events like a group with a full front-of-house team.

Queue. There are no regular reservations, so diners join the waitlist from their phone, grab a drink down the block and come back when their table is close.

Café
Corner Cup Coffee
A café where regulars drink on a Coffee Pass and their usual is waiting on the bar.
Twelve seats and one espresso machine used to mean a line out the door every morning. Now regulars drink on a Coffee Pass, a set number of drinks a month at a better price, and order ahead so the drink is waiting on the bar when they walk in. "The Usual" puts a regular's exact order back in the cart with one tap.
The whole coffee bar menu, beans by the bag included, is in the app, so nobody squints at a chalkboard. Offices type out a box-of-coffee order for their meetings, Saturday cupping seats are reserved ahead, and a Pumpkin Season poster greets fall. Corner Regulars rewards the faithful, and every cup gets a quick rating. A tiny Milwaukee Ave coffee bar now runs subscriptions, catering and order-ahead like a national coffee chain.

Subscriptions. Regulars buy a set number of drinks a month at a better price, ordered ahead so each one is waiting on the bar.

Food truck
Taco Loco Truck
A taco truck where the order-ahead line means no one waits in the sun.
At lunch, the line used to stretch across the food truck lot in the Austin heat. Now customers join the order-ahead line from their phone, and the truck calls their name when the food's hot. Regulars tap their usual back into the cart, and office orders are typed out with a pickup time.
The full menu is in the app, so customers decide at their desk before they ever walk over. Taco Tuesday is on the Start tab, Loco Rewards badges count every order, and customers rate how spicy it was. When the truck moves, its spot updates on the map, and customers can still message to ask. A single truck at South 1st now takes orders ahead and runs a loyalty program like a restaurant chain.

Queue. Customers join the order-ahead line from their phone, and the truck calls their name when it's hot.

Caterer
Southern Table Catering
A caterer that gives every event its own checklist, from tasting to setup.
Planning a reunion used to mean a dozen phone calls and a menu on the back of an envelope. Now every event starts with a plan form, a tasting is booked in the app, and each event gets its own checklist from tasting to final headcount, deposit and setup.
The catering menu covers big events and weekday office lunches alike, with portions spelled out so hosts order for the right headcount. Contracts and invoices stay in the event paperwork, service notes explain how the day will run, and clients message Gloria anytime. After the party, they tell the team how the food and service went. A caterer born from Sunday dinners now plans weddings and reunions like a full-service event company.

Tasks. Every event gets its own checklist, so the client sees what's done and what's next: tasting, final headcount, deposit, setup.

Your team, your guests and your money, in one place.
The same page is also how you run the restaurant, from the phones you already have and a laptop in the browser. There's no POS, printer or special hardware to buy.
Operate your day
From the first booking to "see you again".
Menu and orders
Your menu with prices and photos. Guests order for pickup or delivery by tap, by text or by saying it out loud, and every order lands in one list with a conversation thread for each guest.
Tables and the waitlist
Guests reserve a table against your real seating, or join the waitlist from their phone and get a message when their table is ready.
Daily specials
Offer today's specials and a short list of daily picks, so regulars see what's cooking before they walk in.

Leave and holidays
Staff request casual, sick or unpaid leave for a full day or a few hours, and you approve it. Everyone sees who's off today, and days the whole restaurant is closed show on every calendar.
A ledger for each person
Each team member's running account with the business: advances, money paid back and expense claims. Staff ask, you approve, and a statement is ready to share for any period.

Each person gets their own calendar with to-do lists, notes and reminders, and the owner sees the whole team.
Track your growth

Credit given to regulars is written down properly. Guests see the same balance you do, and you always know who owes you most.
Guest management
Every guest has a record the right people can see and add to, with notes, photos and who looks after them.
Analytics
Thirty charts across sales, money and stock. See your busiest hours, what sells, and repeat against new guests, for this week, month or year.
Your data, yours to take
Every table in the app is searchable and can be downloaded as a CSV for your accountant or your own spreadsheet.
The Assistant
Say an order out loud or photograph a bill and it becomes a record for you to review. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
Everything here is on the Businesses page in detail, with the app's real screens. See the Businesses page
